High-Precision ArtCAM CNC G-Code

The model is finished in ArtCAM and now I need rock-solid G-code to machine it in metal. The component carries very fine textures and tight tolerances, so the toolpaths must be generated for high precision with intricate detail. I’ll hand over the original .art file, current tool library, spindle limits, and clamping diagram. Your task is to create, within ArtCAM, the complete set of metal-ready toolpaths, export the G-code, and verify it with a backplot or simulation. Please include notes on chosen strategies, cutter engagement, feeds and speeds, and any required tool changes so I can load the program and run it without edits. Acceptance criteria • Dimensional accuracy ±0.02 mm on critical features • Safe rapids and plunge speeds that respect my machine limits • Code runs fault-free on a Fanuc-compatible controller If you have a proven record of high-detail ArtCAM programming for metal, I’d love to see a quick sample cut or screenshot alongside your bid so we can get started right away.
