Ya tengo el modelo 3D listo en formato OBJ/STL y necesito transformarlo en un paquete de producción para mi CNC Router con Mach3, trabajando exclusivamente en Vectric Aspire. Qué espero: • Dividir el modelo en 6-10 piezas, respetando el tamaño máximo de la plancha de EPS (0.20 × 1.20 × 2.40 m). • Colocar las piezas pensando ante todo en la facilidad de corte; si encuentras alguna colocación que también ahorre material sin complicar el proceso, bienvenida sea. • Crear trayectorias con un desbaste rápido y grueso seguido del acabado correspondiente, siempre considerando las características del foam. • Generar los archivos GCode individuales listos para Mach3, usando extensiones .txt. • Nombrar y estructurar carpetas y archivos de forma clara y coherente. Entregables finales: 1. Archivos editables de Vectric Aspire (.crv3d) con todas las trayectorias configuradas. 2. STL separados para cada pieza ya optimizada. 3.
