We are an asset recovery company that receives a list of "accounts" from various states every month that we use to locate people with.
The lists come in different formats (excel, txt etc), with basic information, such as name, address, property ID, account value etc. Unfortunately, the states pile together all the active accounts on their end, regardless of how long they've been there.
We need a program that can compare these lists and take out those accounts that have appeared in previous lists and are therefore, old accounts on our end. We only want the ones that are "fresh" and that we have not worked on before, and we also like the final report in pdf format, although that is less important.
The most important aspect is having an accurate program that doesn't include duplicates, and we also need a very quick turnaround from the moment you receive the list to the moment we receive the filtered report (ideally within a few hours; however, you would know ahead of time of any lists coming in). This also means we are looking for someone with weekend availability.
Or if you can create a program that we can run ourselves that would be ideal, and we would want you in the background to troubleshoot any issues that might come up. As you can see, this would be an ongoing project.
