My boutique consulting firm is ready to ramp up revenue, and the quickest path is a focused cold-calling and direct-outreach campaign aimed at small business owners. The assignment centers on turning prospects into paying clients, not just booking meetings or gathering leads. Here’s what has to happen: • Craft a concise call script and objection-handling guide that speaks to common pain points small businesses face when seeking outside expertise. • Source or validate prospect lists so every number dialed fits our ideal client profile. • Execute daily outbound calls, follow-ups, and voicemail drops, using a CRM of your choice—HubSpot, Pipedrive, or a comparable tool—to keep records clean and transparent. • Nurture interested owners through to the close, emailing tailored proposals or scheduling a demo call with me only when you’ve confirmed genuine purchase intent. Acceptance criteria – Minimum 80 live decision-maker conversations per week. – At least 5 closed consulting agreements in the first 30 days, subject to my final approval of each deal. – Detailed call logs and status notes uploaded by end of each business day. Success here means signed contracts and revenue in the bank; everything else is secondary. If you’ve previously sold consulting or professional services over the phone and can prove consistent close rates, you’ll find this project straightforward and commission-rich.
