I need advice and you to set up the following:
1. set up a database on server/office [coldfusion or filemaker looks ok, need advice here]
A. www enquires and by return produce individual emails/pdf's.
B. phone enquires to produce individual letters to post.
Database to hold basic info [as on site] plus address notes, person al info etc.
All must be designed to work seamlessly and to cut down individuals work time.
2. to promote our site onto search engines, to get maximum publicity.
3. to copywrite around 6 pages, 20-25 lines of text, to look at competition and improve
