We have an eCommerce Web site that has a problem with the shipping calculator. Whenever someone orders something that weighs less than a pound, the site calculates zero for shipping. It apparently rounds down instead of up. In calculating their rates, UPS and FedEx round up to the next pound. This is what we need our site to do. Currently, when this occurs, we have to determine the shipping cost ourselves, contact the customer and get permission to charge their card for shipping, manually process the shipping charge and get charged twice by Nova for two separate transactions. We need the site to charge people for shipping one pound when their order weighs less than one pound.
