CF Legacy application administration and maintenance

Job Description:
I need a ColdFusion programmer who can administer and maintain a legacy CF application currently using CF 10, SQL Server 12, and Dreamweaver v11 (or a different type of application interface, if desired). The application needs to be set up in a sandbox on the development computer. Maintenance requirements are minimal and involve updating CF HTML primarily with little or no programming.
After the goal listed above is accomplished, we will entertain a quote to upgrade the application to current versions of CF and SQL server.
