Freelancer Project: Online MBA Admission Sales & Lead Conversion Partner Project Overview We are looking for Freelancers / Education Sales Professionals / Admission Counsellors / Lead Conversion Specialists to promote and sell Online MBA programs from UGC-DEB approved universities. The selected freelancer will be responsible for generating prospective student leads, counselling them about suitable Online MBA programs, and assisting them throughout the admission process until successful fee payment. Important: The complete admission process will be carried out through the respective university's official website. We do not collect student fees directly. Responsibilities Generate genuine leads from your own network, digital marketing, social media, referrals, calling, WhatsApp, etc. Register/lock every lead through our UTM tracking link or CRM before starting the admission process. Understand the student's education, career goals, budget and preferred specialization. Explain available Online MBA programs, eligibility, fees, duration, specializations and admission process. Guide students through the complete university admission process. Follow up with interested students until successful enrollment. Ensure the student completes the required university registration and admission formalities. Track lead status and admission progress through our CRM/UTM system. Maintain professional communication with students and our admission team. Commission Structure Earn 20% Commission on the Fees Paid by the Student. Example: Student pays ₹50,000 in eligible university fees Freelancer commission = 20% Your commission = ₹10,000 The commission will be calculated based on the actual eligible fee paid by the student, subject to the applicable university/program terms. Lead Tracking – Mandatory To ensure proper attribution and commission calculation: Every lead must be generated/registered through our UTM tracking link or CRM. The lead must be properly locked before proceeding with the admission. Admissions without valid lead attribution may not be eligible for commission. Lead and admission status will be tracked through our system. Commission will be processed after the student's fee payment and successful confirmation of the admission, as per applicable terms.
