We are looking for a motivated sales freelancer who can generate leads and bring new clients/projects on board. This role is completely commission-based. You earn for every successful project you bring in. Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation Find and identify potential clients Identify businesses that need HR, recruitment, or consulting services Collect verified contact details Maintain a structured lead list 2. Client Outreach and Pitching Contact clients through email, phone, LinkedIn, or other channels Explain Trustiv’s services clearly Create interest and book appointments 3. Bringing Projects Onboard Convert leads into clients Follow up consistently Close deals Hand over client details to Trustiv 4. Reporting Submit a regular lead list Track outreach and conversions Maintain a simple sheet or dashboard (format will be provided) Payment Terms This role is 100% commission-based. There is no fixed salary. Payment is made only when a project is successfully onboarded. For every project you bring, you will receive: A fixed commission amount, or A percentage-based commission (Commission will be mutually decided per project category.) Your earnings depend entirely on your performance.
