South Korea Part-Time Representative & Errand Runner Needed

Project Description: We are looking for a part-time representative and errand runner based in South Korea to assist with various procurement-related tasks. This role involves occasional in-person visits to suppliers and supporting our Procurement Manager during business trips. Responsibilities: Meeting with the Supplier: Visit our prospective supplier to collect product samples on our behalf. This is a straightforward, in-person handover of the sample, not a formal meeting or negotiation. Sample Handling: Ship the collected sample to a designated laboratory, following our provided instructions. Support During Procurement Manager Visits: Occasionally assist our Procurement Manager during their visits to South Korea by: Arranging hotel reservations and transportation. Accompanying them to factory visits and bulk stock inspections. Requirements: Based in South Korea with the ability to travel locally. Strong communication and organizational skills. Basic English proficiency (Korean fluency is required). Previous experience in procurement or logistics is a plus but not mandatory. Deliverables: Timely collection and shipment of product samples. Efficient coordination and support during business trips. If you are interested and meet the requirements, please provide details of your relevant experience and availability.
