Create a performance based compensation mechanism for a delivery business

I am looking for a freelancer to create a performance-based compensation mechanism for my delivery business. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing compensation systems and a strong understanding of the delivery industry.

Performance Metrics:

- The compensation mechanism should include the number of deliveries as a performance metric.

Compensation Structure:

- I would like the compensation to be tiered based on performance levels. This means that the more deliveries a driver completes, the higher their compensation will be. Additionally, exceptional performance should be rewarded with bonuses. There also has to be an allowance included for long distance deliveries. For example, some deliveries may span over large areas where drive time is extended limiting the number of target deliveries that can be achieved.

Evaluation Frequency:

- The performance-based compensation mechanism should be evaluated and adjusted on a monthly basis. This will allow us to track and reward performance in a timely manner.

Skills and Experience:

- Experience in designing compensation systems, preferably in the delivery industry

- Strong understanding of performance metrics and their impact on compensation

- Ability to create a tiered compensation structure with bonuses for exceptional performance

- Attention to detail and ability to analyze data to make informed decisions
