I want to run a digital-currency platform that focuses on trading and exchange services. I need clear, actionable legal advice that zeroes in on how my operation should be structured and managed to stay compliant while remaining competitive. I have researched this via several ai platforms and I see a way forward, but I need a TRAINED LEGAL MIND to work WITH ME in getting this sorted. I need someone that can and will accept my offer to be part of a LONG TERM PROJECT and you will be rewarded by a mutual arrangement .. ie. by a success formula that we will agree to; in getting it to 100% as there are so many Legal hurdles that need to be handled correctly! Preferred deliverables 1. A concise written opinion (or memo) outlining the above points with cited regulations. 2. A brief compliance checklist I can share with my team. 3. A one-hour follow-up call to clarify any gray areas once I’ve reviewed your memo. If you are already familiar with MiCA, FinCEN guidance, FATF recommendations, or equivalent regimes, you’ll be able to jump in quickly. I’m happy to provide the background materials you need—white-papers, current T&Cs, and any existing policies—right after we start.
