Digitize NFPA Inspection Reports

I have a backlog of printed NFPA-related inspection reports that now need to be organised, verified and converted into a fully digital archive. Because these documents underpin our compliance profile, I can only trust the job to someone already familiar with NFPA codes and terminology. Here is what I’m after: • Review every printed inspection report, checking dates, signatures and equipment identifiers for completeness. • Flag any missing or inconsistent data so I can resolve it quickly. • Scan and convert each report into a clear, searchable PDF (OCR). • Merge the PDFs into a logical filing structure—year, facility, system—so future audits are painless. • Produce an index spreadsheet that lists report titles, dates, equipment covered and inspector names, with working links back to the PDFs. All original paperwork will be shipped or securely delivered as required, and I can supply a reference copy of our preferred naming conventions. I’ll handle courier costs; you handle confidentiality. If you already use Adobe Acrobat Pro, ABBYY FineReader, or a similar OCR tool, let me know—accuracy matters more than speed.
