WhatsApp Compliance Specialist for Pharma Exports

We are a merchant pharmaceutical exporter (B2B only – no direct-to-customer sales) with all necessary export documentation and regulatory compliance in place. Despite following guidelines, our WhatsApp Business accounts have been facing frequent bans. We need a WhatsApp specialist who can: Analyze and identify the root cause of account bans. Guide us on best practices to maintain compliance with WhatsApp and Meta policies. Assist in creating a compliant communication strategy for international B2B clients. Handle appeals, documentation, and direct coordination with WhatsApp/Meta where required. Suggest any technical setup or API-based solutions to prevent future issues. Requirements: Proven experience in WhatsApp Business API, compliance, and account recovery. Understanding of Meta Business Manager setup, verification, and policy guidelines. Experience working with export companies or regulated industries is a plus. Ability to work discreetly and effectively under time-sensitive situations.
