i would like someone to work with me as a team on this report. can you work on a hourly rate?

I suspect it will be around $500 of hourly work (10 hours?). 5 hours video conference with me, and 5 hours creating the report.

Then I need a final report made similiar to the example report I will share.

I am looking for a professional to help me with an type of Environmental Impact Assessment report, specfic to greenhouse gas emissions. This is for a small project featuring 4 acres and four houses. the emissions need to be figured out from the grading plan, so how many tractors/graders hours will it take to grade the parcel. I will provide a sample of the report. The detail required is a standard full report, and I need the project completed within a week.

The ideal freelancer for this project will have a solid understanding of Environmental Impact Assessments and the necessary experience to produce a quality and timely report. Accuracy and attention to detail are both essential. I'm counting on this person to have the right skills and experience to deliver a product that meets my expectations.

You will get a a plan of the property that shows the grading, then you use this tool Caleemod to come up with some numbers on GGE.

The idea from the planner is to show that the project is exempt from

ceqa. That is California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA),

Will need some type of credentials of the business or the credentials of your experience to put on the report, that shows who did it and their credentials.
