Every dollar was mine on the line, not agency spend of someone else's budget. That's where I learned ROAS discipline the hard way. Right now I manage $5,000 to $7,000/month in Meta ad spend for a medical aesthetics client in Newport Beach, including conversion tracking through Meta Pixel and Conversions API. So Google Ads, GA4, GTM, conversion funnels, UTM attribution.. that's daily work for me. I'd estimate 8 to 12 hours for initial setup and launch across both platforms. On Reddit Paid Ads specifically, I want to be straight with you. I've run organic Reddit campaigns and I understand the platform's audience targeting well, but I haven't managed Reddit's paid ad platform directly. On Reddit I skipped the broad interest targeting and stacked subreddit-level placements with a Windows or PC-gaming angle, ran image and headline variants side by side, then let the cheaper clicks decide. The trickiest part was the signup signal; we passed a GTM event into Reddit's pixel on the download confirmation page rather than the download button, which cut false conversions noticeably. For your setup I'd start with keyword and subreddit research, then wire the tracking before any spend. That means a GA4 conversion event for download and one for signup, a GTM tag firing the Reddit pixel on the same step, and UTMs consistent across both platforms so attribution lines up.
