To make that happen I need a hands-on manager who can tighten up SEO and content marketing, run continual conversion-rate optimisation tests, and feed me fresh ideas for social media posts that push people toward the checkout. Here’s what I’m after: start with a quick but thorough audit of current traffic sources, rankings and funnel drop-offs; follow it with keyword research and on-page tweaks that get the right prospects in the door.
