I would like to build a Cohesive proper 3-5 year strategy document and a newly introduced department responsible for Data Monitoring & Analytics within an executive office that oversees over 11 sub entities in which each has its own mandate and work dynamic.
The main role of the department is to Oversee and maintain proper proceedings of the data collection and gathering from these sub entities. In addition, to managing and maintaining the proper ideation and insight into these collected data. Further, maintaining and gathering and building a data repository for ad-hocks and confidential projects.
Additionally produce several forms of reports based on mandates that coming from the higher management.
Further the department is responsible for maintaining the integrity and the update correct information and data.
once all data is allocated and the baseline of the database and data center is built it is important that this department will be responsible for building the reports and publishing Realtime live accurate data via several forms of reporting methods ( dox. dashboards ... etc.) .
Eventually it is expected from the team in this department and as a final goal is to use business intelligence and AI to produce informative analytical reports.
The Document should contain the below section details.
1- Proposed Vision and mission statement
2- Objectives and goals ( including final products )
3- Strategy and strategy Map – should include but not limited to
a. Automating the reporting process (from initiating to exporting)
b. Allocate collect and maintain data obtained from relevant entities and stakeholders
4- Strategic Performance Measures & KPIs
5- Expected Risks & Pain Points & Tactics
6- Current Needs/ requirements – should include but not limited to
a. Tools & Technology
b. Human Capital
c. Governance, Policy and procedures
d. Reporting criteria and c content checklist
e. Data and Reporting Governance & Framework
1- Generic research and information that is not custom to our request is not acceptable
2- Generic charts and graphs of processes that is not custom to our request is not acceptable
3- The content has to be in line with what we aim to build within the department that fulfils the 3-5 year goals
