Marketing of goods and services online. This was done through social media platforms like Facebook and WhatsApp. Advertising goods and services attracted buyers who because of COVID 19 lockdown,could not get access to them. The goods involved cloths, shoes, food (different local and international dishes). Also services included hole laundry and cleaning and general genitor services. During the COVID Lockdown period, people were unemployed and income generating activities were reduced, so supplying what the public needed was supposed to be cheaper than normal. It also involved risk, exposure to contacting the virus and getting infected, but serving the people was worth the risk.
Business development requires patience, determination, pushfulnes, reliance and confidence.
It was not an easy job, given how prompt everything was, but it was worth trying
