We’re looking for a creative, driven individual with a passion for copywriting & creating content, who can tell the stories that connect our operatives to our customers. With over 100 operatives from all corners of the globe and different backgrounds, we speak a combined 24 languages.
Everyday of the year, we work tirelessly to ensure London's home owners can wake up to safe homes, enjoy their coffees and go to bed warm, while London's most electric businesses can continue to keep their clients shopping, working, dining & dancing.
What you will be doing
Visiting customers homes and vibrant commercial venues, to capture images, videos and feedback from our clients.
Working remotely and from our office to produce content for news letters, social media & blog posts which will bring our community to life.

Personable & professional, you will have a keen eye for detail and a nuanced approach to storytelling. You must be able to engage the various characters that make up our operative workforce, coaxing intriguing images & stories from them, while respecting the homes & business that we work with.
You might be a recent graduate or transitioning into a new career. What’s important is that you have bags of potential and creative flair.
Relevant experience in writing and content creation is essential, which may be from independent projects.
Experience of working in internal or digital communications is preferable but not essential - more important is the ability to showcase, your style of photography and digital communications.
We want to hear your perspective on social media. Understand what inspires you and hear your thoughts on how you could project our community.
The role will require both commercial photography skills for head shots & marketing images, while also requiring more creative approaches to capturing the work our operatives perform on site.
Software packages are supplied, however the applicant must have their own photography equipment (DSLR preferred)

Working Hours, Salary & Benefits
£20,000 to £30,000 annual basic salary depending on the experience
Eligible for bonus scheme

20 days of annual leave plus 8 bank holidays (prorated for PT/OOH)
An additional ½ day paid leave should the day of your birthday fall on a weekday
