The scope of this project is to process 1200 line items with accurate titles, quality images, ebay categories, and accurate ebay descriptions when necessary. Some work has already completed and paid for on the EBC file, the expectation is that we are starting from that point. This will be a recurring project that can keep you busy full-time.
1) Copy the SKU
2) Locate a quality image online and save it to FTP under “[url removed, login to view]”
a. You may search Google Images, eBay, Amazon, Vendor Website etc.
b. If there are multiple views available, save the first image as [url removed, login to view], the second as [url removed, login to view], the third as [url removed, login to view], etc.
c. Note how many images you uploaded into the “image files” column
d. Images must be 500 pixels on their smallest side (500x500 minimum)
e. Images must be professional images of new items and without 3rd party logos
3) Go to eBay US and search for the SKU. Find an eBay title that captures good professionalism and detail. Copy that title into the excel file under “ebay title”
a. Title must be easy to read. Preferably will include vehicle information when applicable
4) If the “ebay description” field is blank or says N/A, fill it with a description from the eBay listing. Include html tags when necessary. Insert “<li>” before each line of bulleted text, and “<br> after each line of text. (see populated lines for examples)
5) Identify the eBay category number of the eBay item that you chose (example 35568) and record in the “ebay category” column
