Job Description:

I am the Defendent in a small claims case on attorney fees but I am suing back due to professional Negligence against my x attorney due to he caused me to lose my case Due to Professional Negligence and he was also at the same time had another Negligence case going on at the State Board Court that got him Suspended.

the defendant was my prior attorney on a Employment but while he was attorney he got continuance after continuance and then for no reason he put In to be relieved off my case and come to find it was due to he was going through a professional Negligence case at the State Board Court which resulted in a Suspension, well he cause me to lose my case due to no other attorney would take on due to the lien he put on my case and it was to far into the case. So the judge made me self Litigate which caused me to lose the case
