We are seeking a freelancer to assist with sourcing residential 2–3 bedroom houses for sale in Leeds, UK. The freelancer will be responsible for: - Contacting sellers directly (individuals or landlords). - Gathering detailed property and seller information. - Conducting due diligence by comparing 2–3 local sales of similar properties to confirm they are at least 20% below market value (BMV). - Working towards securing seller agreements within 1–2 weeks.
