An upcoming private celebration will be held in a venue that already has a fully equipped kitchen, and the highlight of the evening will be a bespoke Asian menu prepared on-site. I would like a chef who can: • Propose a balanced multi-course Asian menu (feel free to blend Japanese, Thai, Chinese or other regional influences). • Source fresh, high-quality ingredients within an agreed spend. • Arrive early at the venue to organise, cook and plate each course. • Present dishes professionally—either plated service or an elegant buffet, depending on what you feel works best. • Leave the kitchen spotless once service is finished. Please share a brief outline of the menu you’d design, any dietary accommodations you can handle, and examples of past private events you’ve catered.
