My approach: I open each file, map the existing structure, identify where paragraphs are out of sequence or where sections repeat, then reorder and reshape for logical flow. I won’t touch grammar or fact-check unless something glaring comes up — the focus stays entirely on structure and readability, as you’ve specified. Deliverables per file: clean reorganised version in Word, structural edits marked with Track Changes or inline comments so you can see exactly what moved and why, plus a brief change log summarising the major reordering decisions.
