I am looking for a Freelancer to complete a project for me. The project entails creating a user-friendly form by utilizing the current template and questions . The form is a workplace inspection form with partial details. I am looking for someone who is knowledgeable in this area and who can complete this form with accuracy. The right candidate should have experience with workplace inspections and I will explain what information to gather and input into the form.
The Excel spreadsheet can be used now but it is not user friendly on a mobile device.
Also at the end of the inspection there needs to be an auto generated pdf in a fixed format that can be emailed.
I was thinking a Wordpress form may be the best way for me to manage the template and then allow users to logon to my website to download and use it. I am open to better suggestions.
It is important that users cannot see each others data so I am happy with the pdf file being created and the primary file is auto deleted. From a database perspective this is simply an opportunity to download the form from a website and then it runs as a standalone “app” that produces a pdf. There is no download fee. It would be good to record who downloads it
There is no existing data…The photos are taken on the mobile device during the inspection and assigned to the question being filled in.
