I am seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant who can help me with various backend tasks. Your primary focus will be on automation tasks, with specific assistance required in email marketing automation and workflow automation. Key Responsibilities: - Use of automation platforms (Omnisend, Zapier, Shopify, Skool, Youtube) to streamline processes - Management of email marketing automation - Optimization of workflow automation tasks - Perform customer segmentation to enhance targeted email campaigns. Ideal Candidate: - Proficient in using Omnisend, Zapier, Shopify, Skool, and Youtube - Experience in email marketing and workflow automation - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently This is an ongoing project and I am looking for someone who can support me on a continuous basis. The primary goal is to increase email open rates. This is a part-time position requiring regular weekly involvement. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in digital marketing. The expected weekly time commitment is approximately 5-10 hours. I am looking for someone with advanced experience in automation tasks and email marketing.
