We require 100 simple and healthy recipes. Recipes must be:
*low to medium carbohydrate content
*be able to be prepared from readily available ingredients in Western countries (though influences of cooking from other countries is acceptable)
Recipes must take the following format:
Preparation Time: x minutes
Cooking Time: x minutes
[List any optional ingredients]
We require recipes for the following meals
Breakfast: 20 recipes
Lunch: 30 recipes
Dinner: 30 recipes
Snacks (pre- or post-workout, mid-morning and/or mid-afternoon): 20 recipes
