We are looking to hire someone on a contract basis to handle customer service emails for two of our websites. The inquiries are very simple most of the time and simple copy and paste of responses will do for 95% of the emails. This will be ongoing and lead to more customer service opportunites with us in the future. Currently we receive no more than 30 customer service related emails per day but this will increase as we launch more websites and increase traffic.
What we require:
-Someone who is fluent in English, preferrably english as primary language
-Examples of written work in english
-A bid in one of the following formats: 1)per hour or b)per email
We will provide an online video training program that will explain in detail how to respond and how our system works. The training program is approximately 25 minutes long.
We have attached an example of one inquirey the corresponding response that would be copied into the reply email. There are currently only 11 different canned responses that are sufficient in 95% of the inquiries.
