Company Introductory Letter and Website Wording

Hi, I am looking for somone to write up a introductory company letter for my Alcohol Business and also reword some of my website. I have already had my wesbite developed and it is fully fucntional. However my business has changed from local trading to worldwide trading. I run a Alcohol Company which distrubutes Alcohol worldwide. This is a new business, i am trying to contact buyers and suppliers worldwide to attract business and make new contacts. The website just needs some very small changes to the wording, ie detailing from local trading we can now supply worldwide. I think this should be no more than 20mins work. I am looking to send out emails and letters to Alcohol companies over the next week informing them about our business and let them know we are fully registered and can either supply or maybe even purchase Alcohol from them. Basically the letter is to be sent so that people are aware we exist and to generate interest and clients. I can provide some of the information that needs to be included, however i want the emails to be to the point, sound interesting and get clients attention. The letter should not take to long to create. I want to send the emails out at the end of the week so you will have approx 3-4 days to work on this including any revisons if needed.
