I am a commercially-published business book author. I have written a training curriculum that is formatted in Microsoft Word (MAC OS). There are several complex documents: The leader guide, which is 203 pages long (30,000 words) with complex formatting; and the participant guide, which is simpler.
I need someone who combines three skills: Excellent mastery of Word formatting and controls; strong editing/proofing capabilities; and an eye for layout and design--I need to choose and standardize the use of fonts, heading, etc throughout the document (serif? sans serif? etc). Must use PowerPoint as well as there are embedded slides from PPT files. I want to get this curriculum in finished, polished shape so that it sparkles--so that the layout and appearance is as good as the content! Experience in working with curricula/training courses will be a plus.
