blog writers and forum submissions

This project is for excellent bloggers who has sound knowledge of how to use blogs effectively for web promotion purposes. I'm very much new to blogs & Blogging, so I really don't have any recourses to go ahead with this. I'm supposed to create a Finance Blog, and that blog is targeting Indian Visitors. Bcoz I'm not a blogger so I don't have any kind of list/data about finance blogs/websites. There are millions of Questions floating in my head, and forcing me to use ur time for helping me in this. I'd like to know:- 1. How to find Indian blog websites? 2. How to find finance blogs/websites which are free to blog? 3. How to know which websites are having good Indian traffic? 4. How to know about the amount of Indian traffic on any blog website? 5. Will 2 (or more then 2) blogs on the same Blogging website of any benefit? for example: [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] ??? Basically what I'm confused about is "How to plan a campaign of Finance blog for Indian Visitors?". I need some introduction, tips, recourses and things to remember kinda list to help me start-off.
