Job Description:
Write an introduction/welcome letter to new members of a goat organization. Which will be individually addressed to each person on the new member list. . Sort of on the idea of a welcome wagon I guess.
1. Object is to get them to consider us for their purchase of breeding stock or future breeding stock purchases. Want to welcome them and as a breeder promote myself to them but in a nice not overbearing way.

6.I am hoping to get some coupons from some of the supply houses to put in.
7.I also need a nice professional letter for soliciting coupons from catalogs and feed brands and that we would be happy to include their catalog for help on the postage or something?
I am totally open to ideas as I am not sure how to go on this project. I know that I want to present a professional introductory letter something to get them interested and keep them going through the package.
