10 Articles - U.S. Towns / Events / Real Estate

I need 10 UNIQUE articles which are related to specific U.S. towns, neighborhoods, and other local events. I will provide the titles and you will be responsible for researching the topic and generating an interesting and easy to read article (minimum 300 words per article). ALL articles must be written in good US English, grammatically correct, with no sentence fragments or spelling errors. Each article should contain specific keywords related to the article title. - Budget $3-5 per article (minimum of 300 words / article) - Must be original (content theft / plagiarism will not be tolerated or paid for) - Deliverable will be 10 articles delivered individually as a WORD / .doc file - Writer should have knowledge of SEO to insure that article content and keyword use is appropriate - I will retain the rights to the articles and they cannot be re-used or referenced in any manner. When articles are complete they will be checked for originality and checked through software and Copyscape. You will be paid after verification of all articles is passed. This is the first of MANY article/content writing projects that I have so I'm hoping that I can establish a long-term relationship with a quality writer who is quick and responsive. Thank you.
