Nous accompagnons 6 à 10 startups par an sur 3 axes : développement, produit et croissance. Poste et missions : Vous serez formé(e) de A à Z en tant que Consultant(e) en Recrutement / Executive Search. La taille humaine du cabinet et la nature du poste nous permettent de proposer un poste très impliqué et opérationnel. Sous la direction de consultants expérimentés, vous serez notamment impliqué dans : - Le sourcing de candidats (chasse de têtes) selon nos méthodologies innovatrices - La présélection et l’évaluation des candidats. - Projets ad-hoc de Business Development - Rédaction d'annonces ou de communiqués de presse - Dans un environnement de travail bilingue anglais – français, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le CEO - Vous aurez un poste complet et sera formé étape par étape pour rapidement devenir opérationnel et autonome sur des projets. Profil : BAC+4 / 5 en Ressources Humaines, Ecole de Commerce, Langues, Marketing, etc. Nous recherchons quelqu'un avec de bonnes capacités en communication, curieux d'esprit, de l'initiative, qui veut apprendre et réussir. Certaines qualités personnelles appréciées : être résilient(e), de nature positive, comprendre le fonctionnement d'une équipe, un sens du service client.
