You will be working as a content strategist and writer for TransitionsTogether. To give a gist about the company and Ms. Urvashi Musale;
Ms. Urvashi Musale (Masters' in Psychology), is a certified parenting coach. She is also the wife of Salil Musale, the MD of Astarc Group. Ms. Urvashi Musale is launching a digital (online virtual) product that promotes mental wellness and supports parents and children in building healthy relationships. We are looking out for dedicated individuals who can help us with content writing, strategy, scriptwriting, and engagement, where she is projected in the market as one of the leaders/pioneers who's been helping children, teenagers, and parents improve their relationships.
The product is not just a consumerism product but will improve people's lives. We are committed to promoting mental health and supporting those in need. The content involved will play a critical role in this mission, and we are excited to work with an experienced individual or agency to bring our vision to life.
Position: Senior Content Strategist and Copywriter
Experience: Senior-level position with at least 3+ years in Content Creation
Education:
Candidates with a Bachelor's/Diploma/Master’s/ degree in Literature, Journalism, Mass media, or any other related fields.
Candidates with relevant work experience in the industry will also be considered, even if they do not have a specific degree in one of these fields.

As Senior Content Strategist and Copywriter, you will be responsible to develop and implement content strategies to help our company achieve its goals. You will work collaboratively with the team to plan, promote, and produce content materials such as Scriptwriting, content streamlining, and copywriting for the website and social media.
Your role will also involve writing content to target the emotions of parents’ young adults and teenagers. Additionally, you will identify and cultivate content with a specific tone of concern, empathy and urgency to take a step right now with the help of scripts, blog articles, web content writing and website content strategy that will be uploaded on our YouTube account, Website and any other social media platforms if required.
You will also be responsible for writing speeches or other materials for executives to present at Workshops and events. Furthermore, you will coordinate with the research team to develop content for specific products or services.
In summary, as the content strategist and copywriter for a mental health start-up, your goal is to develop a comprehensive content strategy and create compelling copy to achieve all of our desired outcomes: increasing brand awareness, generating leads and conversions, and educating and informing our audience. In order to do this, you will have to use an empathetic and relatable tone and voice and be strategic in the platforms for content distribution across our website, YouTube, and social media. With an understanding of the diverse interests of our target audience, you need to create content that resonates with them and fosters a further connection between them and our brand. We need professionals that will use analytic data to properly measure the impact of their content and ensure that it is meeting and exceeding the objectives established for it.
Your role will require excellent writing, communication, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
