Aim: to provide a guide to have a workout program that tones and defines abs and helps reduce love handles
3st page: Chest shoulders and arms workout toning and muscle building
Aim: provide a clear understanding on the best way to work these muscle groups build these muscles.
4st page: Designing the ideal home gym
Aim: In order to develop the muscles and toe the areas of the body described in the first 3 pages, what is the "how to guide and steps" a person needs to follow in order to buy and build his perfect home gym.
Describe the types of gyms, different types of equipment basic mechanical attributes of this equipment, dos and don'ts, etc
Pages need to be content rich and go in dpeth in each topic, must provide supporting workout routines and at least 2 images for each page.
