Dokploy is meant to run on a clean VPS or dedicated server with full OS access, not on a cPanel/WHM environment. WHM restricts Docker and system-level access that Dokploy needs. Since your server is dedicated, the best option is to remove the cPanel license, reinstall a fresh Ubuntu OS, and then install Dokploy for smooth operation. If you want to keep WHM and Dokploy together, it can be tried, but it’s not recommended for production due to conflicts.
