Had faced same issue on one of my sites. I'll get it done in a day. And a preassumption is weak user credentials that had access. Anyways, you should take backup of current files, check integrity and restore the core wordpress files. Create a login direct db access or manual inject credentials using code. NOTE: Whomever you get it done should the restore the core files first before logging in.
