In this project, you will implement a simple video-processing program. Your program will load
a video into memory and perform a set of processing tasks on it. The program will display a
menu to the user with the following options:
1. Load video
2. Save video
3. Save an image frame
4. Delete an image frame
5. Calculate the average image frame

Images are in .pgm format. In linux ubuntu, you can display the images simply by double clicking on them. The standard image viewer will display the images.
When you open the images using a text editor such as gedit, you will notice that the file header has an additional line with a P2 identifier. This is a magic number needed to identify this type of pgm image. When you write a pgm image, you will need to include this P2 so programs like Image Viewer can display it.
