Apply an existing object avoidance algorithm to an PR2 robot

I have an implemented code for object avoidance which needs to be applied to a PR2 robot in ROS (written with C++).
I already have the class for moving the robot, the class for extracting the object lines that should be avoided and the class with the modulation for object avoidance but I'm not able to put those three together.
