Help with shared memory and application configuration issues for multiple C/C++ applications

Hi everyone!
We have C/C++ applications that read data using sockets and shared memory addresses, perform various calculations on them, create models using the calculation, etc. These applications use .txt and .tab files for configuration of application settings. Many of these applications have co-dependencies. These applications are run as windows services.
We need your help in fixing issues related to shared memory and configuration. The goal is to make sure that all applications compile and run successfully as windows services, while ensuring that the core functionality is maintained. We are looking for a strong C/C++ coder, one who is very familiar with windows services and does similar kind of tasks often. More work to follow if your ability is proven.
A plus experience would be good knowledge in Python and using the scientific data analytics library. We really appreciate experienced coders who love the details.
