Linkedlist / File IO in C Language/ Pointers

There are 3 questions;-

Question 1-Text / File Processing

The program reads the c code from a source file, with comments from the fileand displays it without comments as the output. If name of the source file is not given the program displays an error. In case of any other error the program displays terminal. All of the other details of the program as in the pictures. Also do the bonus part as well to read the nested comments.

Questions-2a: Pointers and Data Types

The program converts a given number to binary.

first ask the user in which format they want double or float and then read the number and accordingly process the binary the details are in the picture . No bonus.

Question 2b- do the same thing but using union

Question 3- Linked list of strings

read the user input string( like a sentence) and put each word in a linked list in a sequential order like a dictionary using insertToDictionary method, Make sure that each word is no larger then 255 char and then at then end implement a print method to print the whole linked list. Program stop reading the user input when it scans ( " . "( space . space), or end of file).
