Scripting a custom trading strategy in Ninjatrader

Hello freelancers,
I am looking for someone who can code a Ninjatrader strategy script with alerts.
My intention is to have the strategy script for backtesting and alerts for entering or closing trades.
The trading strategy works based on price levels which are set manually. Whether the price leaves the level above or below (candle open outside the price level) the trade direction is settled and entry points are set.
I have a detailed pdf document where my strategy is outlined including several examples for better understanding. You will get the document after concluding a deal.
