I had worked with tripadvisor as a travel advisor for a year and a half and I had know almost all tours offer from thier website. We cater answering phone calls, emailing customers regarding all of thier concerns including complaints. Aside from that, I've also worked as an email representative for uber and we also handles custumer and services related concerns.
