I am applying to a new job for a technical support position. The instructions are "Please write an original 40-60 word poem about your current or most recent job into the text field:" I currently work at a software company for Verizon. My job is a mix of technical support and customer service while working in a call center type environment. I love the work environment and the people I work with make my job fun. I also enjoy helping customers and consider myself to have very good communication skills. The company I am applying for is a software company with a google-like company culture with silicon valley values. They are looking for intelligent, creative, problem-solvers. Keep that in mind as you write the poem, but don't overplay it.
