We are in the process of designing an automated solution for our client using Zoho CRM plus. We hereby provide all the necessary details:
1) Our client is running Facebook Lead campaigns targeting the regions of United States, the United Kingdom, France and Belgium. Therefore, we need to synchronize facebook lead ad campaigns with Zoho so as for the leads to be appeared on Zoho home page dashboard. As the leads come from different countries, we need to somehow identify on Zoho the different countries through which the leads are coming.
2) Once a lead is generated, our goal is to set up an automated email based on which the end-user/recipient of the email will have two options:
a. The first option is to answer a set of questions that will help the agent to profile the customers. As such, the answers of the survey should be stored in each record so as for the call agent to have all the information in one place.
b. The second option for the end user is to have the opportunity to book an appointment with the customer care agent. Our client is already using Calendly and an integration with this tool will be ideal. If this is not possible, please let us know which alternative is more suitable. The most important thing is to have all the information under one place.
3) If the recipient of the email, as described in (2) will not answer, then an automated email should be sent in 3-4 days as a kind reminder to reply. The kind reminder email will have the same options as in 2.
For every country a different email will be sent automatically. As such, different workflows should be designed when those leads land Zoho.
