The work is firmly data-entry focused: every new lead, purchase, or support touchpoint needs to be logged accurately inside our cloud-based CRM. At the same time, you’ll handle the first-line customer inquiries—confirming order status, updating contact details, or directing more complex issues to me when needed. Typical tools you’ll touch include Google Sheets, Excel, and a CRM such as HubSpot or Zoho; if you already know keyboard shortcuts and basic lookup formulas, you’ll feel right at home. Clear, polite written English is essential because customers will see your replies.
