I’ve just purchased HubSpot for my nutraceutical brand, which sells both B2B to clinics/distributors and B2C through our own store. I now need an expert to stand up the portal so that marketing and sales can run smoothly from day one. First, I want the CRM fully set up and customised. That means creating separate pipelines for B2B and B2C, tailoring deal stages to match our current process, and building every contact, company and deal property we’ll rely on for reporting. I already have the naming conventions and field logic; I simply need someone who can translate that into HubSpot with best-practice layouts and automation-ready property types. Next comes marketing automation.
