Small bug fix with magento store - CSS issue

I need a small bug fixed on my magento store.

I have recently installed a css drop down menu on the site and it conflicting with a promotional slide. The issue is limited to Internet Explorer, it works fine in Chrome and in Firefox.

I am willing to pay $15 for someone who knows how to fix it. I think its a css issue but can't seem to find the problem.

You can see that it works fine in the other two browsers but not in IE, it's a compatibility issue.
